PROJECT MANAGER

InfoSparkles IT Solution LLP is looking for an experienced Project Manager with 4+ years of experience to manage IT projects, handle clients, support pre-sales, and coordinate technical teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from requirement gathering to final delivery.
  • Attend client meetings and understand business & technical requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage developers, designers, QA, and internal teams.
  • Handle pre-sales discussions and assist with client requirements.
  • Prepare business/technical proposals, project scopes, estimates, and timelines.
  • Understand software development and communicate technical requirements to developers.
  • Monitor tasks, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Manage client feedback, change requests, and project concerns.
  • Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and delays.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between clients, BDE/BDM, and development teams.
  • Take ownership of projects and ensure timely and successful delivery.

    • Required Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development & SDLC.
  • Understanding of Web/Mobile Development, APIs, and databases.
  • Experience in client handling, pre-sales, and proposal preparation.
  • Strong communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle developers and manage multiple projects.

    4+ years

    Qualification

    B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, BCA, MBA, or relevant qualification.

    Start Date

    Immediate to 30 Days Notice Period

    Employment Type
